蛋白质的一级结构 primary structure of protein

　　K． Linderstrom－ Lang（ 1952）提出将蛋白质的结构分为一级、二级、三级结构等的方案。一级结构系指蛋白质分子的基本结构肽链的氨基酸的排列序列。通常在多肽链中和链间的二硫键不包括在一级结构中。
