        Ⅱ细丝 I filament

        　　 亦称肌动蛋白细丝。是肌肉Ⅰ带中直径为 5— 7纤米的细丝。在脊椎动物的骨胳肌中，Ⅰ细丝长为 1微米一端固着于 Z膜。蟹的螯肌等，其Ⅰ细丝长达 2微米以上。在平滑肌中，它与粗的肌球蛋白细丝（ A细丝）分散在一起。其主要成分是 F肌动蛋白，呈双重螺旋结构，与原肌球蛋白、原宁蛋白结合着。
