甾类激素的生物合成 biosynthesis of ste－roid hormones 甾类激素在机体内形成的途径是将在肝脏等中所形成的胆甾醇的侧链切断，由此而生成的孕（甾）烯醇酮，在各种内分泌器官中受到进一步的变化，成为各种各样的甾体激素。其生物合成途径及其有关的酶如下页图中所示。
