操作方法

基于 MTT 的细胞毒性实验

材料：无菌生长液: 胰蛋白酶（0.25% + EDTA ，1 mmol/L ，溶于 PBSA 中） MTT : 3-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑)-2, 5-二甲苯基溴化四唑，50 mg/m l, 滤过, 除菌。 Sorensen 甘氨酸缓冲液（0.1 mol/L 甘氨酸，0.1 mol/L, NaC l，用 1 mol/L Na(OH) 将 pH 调至 10.5) 微滴定板（Iwaki)
