| 背景资料 | MTT（四唑盐）比色法是一种检测细胞存活和生长的方法。MTT细胞增殖及细胞毒性检测试剂盒(MTT Cell Proliferation and Cytotoxicity Assay Kit) 被广泛应用于细胞增殖和细胞毒性的检测。MTT检测原理在于活细胞线粒体中的琥珀酸脱氢酶能使外源性MTT还原为水不溶性的蓝紫色Formazan并沉积在细胞中，而死细胞无此功能。在特定溶剂 (如DMSO)存在的情况下，可以被完全溶解。然后通过酶标仪可以测定570nm波长附近的吸光度。细胞增殖越多越快，则吸光度越高；细胞毒性越大，则吸光度越低。本产品仅用于科研，不宜用于临床诊断或其他用途。 |
