双向电泳预混缓冲液和单个试剂

ReadyPrep双向电泳启动试剂盒平衡缓冲液| -可用于DTT/****烷化方法的第一个平衡步骤
ReadyPrep双向电泳启动试剂盒平衡缓冲液II -加入***胺，可用于DTT/***胺烷化方法的第二个平衡步骤，加入TBP和****也可用于单步TBP/****n烷化方法
大肠杆菌总蛋白样品-该蛋白样品经性能测试，与ReadyPrep双向电泳启动试剂盒的水化/样品缓冲液配合使用时，能提供稳定的电泳图谱。在使用更复杂的实验样品前，可以用这个样品作为对照来验证您的双向电泳系统和实验操作。
还原剂和烷化剂
无论DTT或TBP均可用于SDS PAGE前的平衡步果。镇**烷化是防止第二向SDS -PAGE电泳中再氧化的标准方法。也可在样品制备阶段进行还原/烷化。
琼脂糖覆盖液
操作方便的琼脂糖覆盖液能节省第二向SDS-PAGE的时间。溶液中含溴酚蓝示踪染料以监控电泳进程。使用该低熔点ReadyPrep琼脂糖覆盖液，能确保IPG胶条在多领域的应用。而在第二向超大型PROTEAN@ Plus电泳中，电泳时IPG胶条是垂直于实验台，这时普通低熔点胶条不够坚固来固定IPG胶条，在这种情况下推荐使用PROTEANPlus琼脂糖覆盖液对IPG胶条进行固定。
