ChiralCN IA手性柱
ChiralCN IC以高纯硅胶为基质，表面键合有直链淀粉-3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯。ChiralCN IC的手性固定相和Daicel IA的固定相完全相同，而ChiralCN IA采用的高纯硅胶和全新键合技术，使其在分离度、选择性、耐受压力和柱寿命方面表现出完美的性能。
ChiralCN IA是应用范围最广的手性固定相，很多化合物都能达到基线分离。
1、ChiralCN IA手性固定相可以提供3µm,5µm和10µm粒径的填料，3µm的小粒径填料表现出更好的分离度和选择性。
2、ChiralCN IA填料有很好的机械稳定性，能够耐受很高的压力而对填料没有影响。可以通过提高流速来缩短分离时间，提高分析的效率。
3、ChiralCN IA采用新的键合方式，使手性固定相更加稳定，可以在正相、反相以及超临界流体色谱（SFC）条件下使用，在不同流动相之间更换只需很短的平衡时间。从流动相1更换到流动相2，再转换到流动相1，分析样品有很好的重现性。
4、ChiralCN IA手性固定相很容易实现从分析到制备方法的转化，你甚至可以从3µm的分析柱条件轻松的转移到10µm的制备柱上。同时，ChiralCN IC填料良好的机械性能所带来的背压变化非常小。
