一般描述
两性离子N-取代氨基磺 酸缓冲液。HEPES的最大缓冲能力非常接近哺乳动物组织液的pH值（37°C时pKa为7.31）。表现出无金属结合，并且具有较小的温度依赖性ΔpKa，为-0.014/°C。
