Immunohistochemical analysis on floating mouse brain sections.
Western Blot Analysis:
Rat brain lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-VGLUT2 (1:5,000 dilution).
Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-guinea pig secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Arrow indicates VGLUT2 (56kDa).
