The neutralization activity of GTX02151 Her3 / ErbB3 antibody [mh908] is measured by its ability to neutralize human NRG1-β1 protein induced proliferation in MCF-7 cells.
IC₅₀ : 15-75 ng/ml in the presence of 40 ng/ml recombinant Human NRG1-β1 protein.
