| T7 gp4蛋白来源于T7噬菌体，是其复制系统的一种核心蛋白，它既具有引发酶的作用也具有解旋酶的活性，主要应用于全基因组扩增（WGA），且在扩增环状全基因组上有非常大的优势，常用于病毒检测。 噬菌体T7基因4编码全长产物T7 gp4A蛋白，分子量63kD，参与噬菌体的DNA复制。据文献报道该蛋白具有dTTP水解活性，因此具有5'-3'解旋酶（helicase）活性。本制品为基因工程产物，通过重组表达纯化获得的可溶性产物。 | ||||||
