    抗原：与大鼠ERK/MAPK磷酸化Thr202和磷酸化Tyr204周围的氨基酸残基相对应的磷酸肽；宿主：兔；交叉反应性：(+)人和大鼠ERK/MAPK；应用：WB；ERK/MAPK是有丝分裂发生和有丝分裂细胞分化过程中细胞信号传导的组成部分，也被认为在学习和记忆中发挥关键作用。该激酶的活性受Thr202和Tyr204的双重磷酸化调节。Antigen: phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding the phospho-Thr202 and phospho-Tyr204 of rat ERK/MAPK; Host: rabbit; Cross Reactivity: (+) human and rat ERK/MAPK; Application(s): WB; ERK/MAPK is an integral component of cellular signaling during mitogenesis and differentiation of mitotic cells and also is thought to play a key role in learning and memory. The activity of this kinase is regulated by dual phosphorylation at Thr202 and Tyr204.
