产品信息:
WNV和登革热病毒(DENV)同属黄病毒科(Flaviviridae)黄热病毒属,是具有小包膜单链RNA的病毒。黄热病病毒的病毒包膜由多拷贝的50-60kDa E蛋白和8kDa M(膜)蛋白组成。X射线晶体学研究表明,每种E蛋白的胞外域由三个结构域组成:DI,DII和DIII,三者通过柔性铰链连接。DII结构域的尖端包含“融合环”保守区域,是病毒包膜与宿主细胞膜膜融合所必需的区域。
E60单克隆抗体可与WNV和DENV病毒包膜E蛋白反应。靶向DIII表位的疫苗策略可引发针对黄病毒病的安全有效的免疫应答。此抗体也将成为WNV和DENV病毒研究的一个有力工具。
