产品简介
封闭血清适用于免疫组化或者免疫荧光实验中样本的封闭。可以封闭待检样本中与蛋白质非特异性结合的位点，另外还可以封闭样品中内源性的 Fc 片段结合位点，阻断抗体与样品中的 Fc 受体结合，从而降低背景，减少假阳性。在选择封闭血清时，要注意封闭用血清中不能含有目标蛋白，且与一抗来源不同，可用与二抗相同来源的封闭血清。
使用方法
使用时，用PBS（0.01mol/LpH7.2-7.4）将封闭血清原液稀释10或20倍，配成10%或者5%的工作液，直接滴加在组织切片或者细胞凃片上，37℃孵育10-30分钟，清除血清，勿洗，滴加适当比例稀释的一抗工作液，37℃孵育1-2h或4℃过夜。
注意事项
1． 如所用的一抗为山羊来源的（ Goat anti-），请避免使用该封闭液，否则可能造成更多非特异着色。
2． 为了获得实验最佳效果，请根据实验调整最佳使用量。
3． 本产品仅用于诊断和科研，不能用于人体实验或人体治疗。
