In Vitro: Sauchinone (1, 3, 10, 30μm; 6 hours) inhibits LPS-inducible increase in the iNOS mRNA in Raw264.7 cells.
?Sauchinone at the concentrations of 3 and 30?μm?inhibits TNF-α?production in LPS-treated cells by 40 and 50%, respectively.
