| 背景资料 | 变性珠蛋白小体，实际上是一种变性血红蛋白颗粒(又称血红蛋白包涵体)附着于红细胞膜上；由于红细胞缺乏葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶，使转变还原三磷嘧啶核苷酸生成减少，导致红细胞内还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)也减少，从而使能量代谢障碍而变得不稳定。将患者血液在体外孵育，使珠蛋白变性而生成Heinz小体，被碱性染料染成蓝紫色或蓝黑色小点。本产品仅用于科研领域，不用于临床诊断。 |
