外泌体离心柱 (MW 3000) 可快速去除外泌体标记反应中的未结合染料。其还允许用户对外泌体进行缓冲液交换或从外泌体制备物（如盐、核苷酸和短寡核苷酸）中去除任何低分子量 (MW ≤ 3000) 混合物。

文献和实验Here we describe an ion exchange chromatography based method–-the use of anion or cation exchange (AEX or CEX) mini spin columns–-for sample fractionation. Using rat brain tissues, we demonstrate that these mini spin columns provide an easy, convenient, and reproducible
columns, and adsorption to a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane in the ProSorb sample preparation cartridge from Applied Biosystems. Both methods work well, with somewhat better recoveries for the gel filtration method.
