高质量的dNTP对cDNA合成、测序和标记反应的成功非常重要。本产品经过严格的质量检测，纯度高达98﹪以上，不含RNase和DNase。dNTPs Mix是dATP、dGTP、dCTP和dTTP的等摩尔混合物，2.5 mM dNTP（2’-脱氧核苷酸-5’-三磷酸）Mix 包含四种脱氧核苷酸（dATP、dCTP、dGTP、dTTP），溶于0.6 mM Tris-HCl（pH 7.5）中，每种核苷酸浓度均为2.5mM。用于聚合酶链式反应（PCR）、测序、填补、切口平移、cDNA 合成及TdT 加尾反应。
