    产品介绍:

    caspase -1是最常用的炎性蛋白酶。它用于处理细胞因子白细胞介素-1β (IL-1β)和IL-18,诱导细胞自然死亡。Caspase-1是炎性小体的多蛋白复合物激活物,以响应不同的炎性小体受到的众多刺激。NLRC4对胞质鞭毛蛋白有反应,小鼠NLRP1b对炭疽致死毒素有反应,AIM2对胞质DNA有反应,NLRP3对包括晶体在内的各种激动剂有反应。
