NS基础培养基/NS Supplement
用于神经细胞/神经干细胞培养
NS基础培养基是适合用于神经细胞培养的基础培养基。NS Supplement是用于神经细胞培养的无血清Supplement（含有维生素A乙酸酯Retinyl Acetate）。适用于从大鼠海马分离出的神经细胞培养、神经干细胞等的培养。请将NS基础培养基和NS Supplement混合后使用。
◆来自大鼠海马的初代神经细胞培养
●在Poly-L-lysine涂层板上培养了从大鼠胎儿（E19）海马分离出来的神经细胞。
●观察到培养6天后的细胞形态、培养21天后的神经细胞标记（Map2（a+b））以及胶质细胞标记（GFAP）。

NS基础培养基/NSSupplement 同等同行培养基/Supplement

NS基础培养基 + 2% NS Supplement + 0.5mmol/l L-谷氨酰胺
