本试剂盒可测各种动物血清（浆）、组织、全血、红细胞等样本。谷胱甘肽在机体内的广泛分布和多功能性愈来愈引起科研工作者的注意。它在许多重要的生物体现象中起着直接或间接的作用，因而涉及到许多不同的研究课 题，如酶反应机理，蛋白质和DNA等大分子的生物合成、中间代谢、辐射、肿瘤、免疫、环境毒素和老化等。特别是近年来许多研究课题都涉及到细胞对活性氧和 自由基的防御作用。其中测定生物样品中，特别是血清（浆）中还原型和氧化型谷胱甘肽（GSH和GSSG）含量变化，是机体氧化物牵累的重要指标。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。
