本试剂盒利用过氧化物酶(POD)催化过氧化氢反应的原理,通过测定420nm处吸光度的变化可测各种动物组织样本中POD活性。
优点如下：
1、快速简便：全程约50分钟，可测50例左右样本。
2、取样量微：本法取样本量仅为50ul
3、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放3个月有效。
4、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.3%。
5、回收试验： X =98%。
6、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。
7、测试面广：可测动物血清(浆)、组织,效果均佳。
注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

大鼠尿微量白蛋白 (ALB) 酶联免疫吸附测定试剂盒 使用说明书 本试剂盒仅供体外研究使用 ! 预期应用 ELISA 法定量测定大鼠尿液或其它相关生物液体中 ALB 含量。 实验原理 用纯化的抗体包被微孔板，制成固相载体，往包被抗 ALB 抗体的微孔中依次加入标本或标准品、生物素化的抗 ALB 抗体、 HRP 标记的 亲和素 ，经过彻底洗涤后用底物 TMB 显色
水2、1.9、1.8、1.7、1.6、1.5 及1.4 mL，配成浓度分别为0、10、20、30、40、50 及60μg/mL 的系列葡萄糖溶液。每试管加入铜试剂2mL，混匀后沸水浴中加热10min，立即冷却，再加入2mL 砷钼酸试剂，振荡两分钟后稀释到20mL,用分光光度计在620nm 波长下比色，测其光密度OD620nm（做一式两份）。以糖浓度微克数为横坐标，光密度OD620nm 为纵坐标，绘制标准曲线。 2.植物样品中还原糖的提取： 将样品洗净，吸干其表面水分，切碎混匀，称取1g 放入研钵中，加入约0.5g 石英砂，磨成匀浆，加水将样品由玻璃
液，各管加入醋酸酐一滴，制成标准比色列。用氯仿于620nm波长处调零。将标准比色列按顺序移至光路前，迅速加入9mL三氯化锑－氯仿溶液，在6秒内测光吸收度。以吸光度为纵坐标，以维生素含量为横坐标，绘制标准曲线图。 二、样品测定 采用研磨法测维生素A的含量。 研磨：精确称取2－5g样品，置于研钵内，加入3－5倍样品重量的无水硫酸钠，仔细研磨至样品中的水分完全被吸收。 提取：小心将上述研磨物移入带塞的锥形瓶中，准确加入50－100mL乙醚，盖好塞子，用力振摇2分钟，使样品种维生素A 溶入乙醚中
