本品是一种新型的阳离子脂质体转染试剂，适用于将核酸(DNA和RNA)转染入真核细胞，可在各种贴壁和悬浮细胞系中提供高效转染，在保证高转染效率的同时具有极低的细胞毒性。本产品适用细胞类型广，转染时血清和抗生素的存在不影响转染效率，并且转染后可无需更换培养基。
