试剂盒天然样本检测量：Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells （2 x 10E6 cells/mL） were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 5% bovine calf serum, 50 μM β-mercaptoethanol, 2 mM L-glutamine, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate, stimulated with 1 μg/mL PHA for 5 days. Aliquots of the cell culture supernates were removed and assayed for levels of natural TNFβ, and measured 156.09 pg/mL.
