试剂对检测原理：The Human TNF-beta / TNFSF1 / Lymphotoxin alpha ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determination of Human TNF-beta / TNFSF1 / Lymphotoxin alpha. The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is a solid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for Human TNF-beta / TNFSF1 / Lymphotoxin alpha coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and any Human TNF-beta / TNFSF1 / Lymphotoxin alpha present binds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-Human TNF-beta / TNFSF1 / Lymphotoxin alpha monoclonal antibody is then added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody "sandwich". The wells are again washed and TMB substrate solution is loaded, which produces color in proportion to the amount of Human TNF-beta / TNFSF1 / Lymphotoxin alpha present in the sample. To end the enzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbances of the microwell are read at 450 nm.

xungufeng820 各位大侠： 小弟是新手，师兄们也没做过的，不知western-blot测NF-KB、FLT3是用总蛋白提取试剂盒吗？急盼回复！万分感谢！ snowxyh 我用过总蛋白提取试剂盒提蛋白，之后western-blot检测NF-KB，但是感觉这样得到的蛋白浓度很稀，需要比较大的上样量才能检测出来，个人感觉，还是用传统的细胞匀浆裂解，离心提取上清，这样得到的蛋白浓度大，做试验结果好
