Highly-potent and -selective inhibitor of the TGF-β type I receptor, 10 mg
SB431542 is a highly-potent and -selective inhibitor of the TGF-β type I receptor, with specific inhibition of ALK5 (IC50 of 94 nM) and its closest relatives ALK4 and ALK7 as part of the TGF-β/Activin/Nodal pathway. SB431542 has been shown to be a highly efficient additive for inducing neural differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) in a rapid manner when combined with Noggin (Chambers, et al.), or Noggin and LDN193189 (Cat. No. SM-0005-0010) (Edri, et al.), promoting the self-renewal of primitive neuroepithelia with hLIF and CHIR99021 (Cat. No. SM-0001-0010) (Li, et al. 2011), as well as the derivation of functional neurons from human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) (Qi, et al.). Additionally, SB431542 allows for the enhanced differentiation of PSCs into cardiomyocytes (Kattman, et al.).

张华高伟忠520 :o) 一顿饭 你应该查查文献可以看到吧，老大？ 就算查到了，不同的实验室或许条件不一样，我还是建议你用比如用5uM,10uM,20uM,50uM,100uM做个梯度，然后用WB检测阻断情况。选择完全阻断最小的剂量做你后面的实验。因为剂量越大，非特异性阻断作用越强，而你得到的数据说服力越小。 如果需要可PM我，我有一些关于阻滞剂使用的文献，蛮不错。
