| 产品描述： | MuSK (Muscle Specific Kinase) is a receptor tyrosine kinase required for the formation of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ). It induces cellular signaling by causing the addition of phosphate molecules to particular tyrosines on itself, and on proteins which bind the cytoplasmic domain of the receptor. It is activated by a nerve-derived proteoglycan called agrin. During development, the growing end of motor neuron axons secrete a protein called agrin. This protein binds to several receptors on the surface of skeletal muscle. The receptor which seems to be required for formation of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ), which comprises the nerve-muscle synapse is called MuSK. MUSK mutations lead to decreased agrin-dependent AchR aggregation, a critical step in the formation of the neuromuscular junction. |

文献和实验b. 用冷TBS缓冲液洗净珠（40μl凝胶悬液500μl）4遍。在5000 – 8000g离心珠子30秒的。处理样品前等待1-2分钟。用吸管尖取出上清液。要小心，不转移任何珠。 c. 用0.1 M甘氨酸 - 盐酸PH3.5清洗珠，以减少未结合的抗体。 d. 注意：不要把珠放在甘氨酸盐酸时间超过20分钟。 e. 再次用TBS缓冲液清洗珠共3次
