Intended use
This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat Carbonic anhydrase 2 concentrations in serum, Plasma,
tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
Test principle
The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Carbonic anhydrase 2. Standards or samples are
then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific for Carbonic
anhydrase 2 and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB
substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Carbonic anhydrase 2, biotin-conjugated antibody and
enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid
solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of Carbonic
anhydrase 2 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

组织充分那就可以用这些试剂盒检测。 当然，不同公司cAMP试剂盒灵敏度有些差异，这个也需要做好选择。 另外，选择这些试剂盒时还需要根据自己实验室的仪器配置来选择，例如Cisbio,跟PE公司的cAMP试剂盒是基于TR-FRET方法的，因此酶标仪必须有TRF跟FRET功能；Promega公司的试剂盒是化学发光的，因此仪器上需要有Luminescence; DiscoverX的试剂盒也是测的Luminescence；其他一些公司就是Elisa试剂盒，这个大家就比较
