Product Description:Human Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs, RABEPK ELISA KIT allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs(RABEPK concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
ELISA Test Principle:
The microtiter plate provided in Human Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs, RABEPK ELISA KIT has been pre-coated with an Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs(RABEPK antibody specific to Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs(RABEPK .Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific for Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs(RABEPK and then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs(RABEPK, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm.The concentration of Rab9 effector protein with kelch motifs(RABEPK in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
