趋化因子(c-c motif)配体 24 CCL24 又称髓系祖细胞抑制因子
2(MPIF-2)或嗜酸性粒细胞趋化蛋白 2(eotaxin-2)， Eotaxin-2(CCL24)与
Eotaxin-1(CCL11) Eotaxin-3(CCL26)同属于趋化因子 CC 亚家族成员,他
们均选择性的专一的与其共同的受体CCR3结合进而趋化并激活嗜酸性
粒细胞。嗜酸粒细胞趋化蛋白 2 在空肠和脾组织中表达。该编码含 119
个氨基酸残基，前体蛋白约为 58%氨基酸序列与人类嗜酸细胞趋化因子
2 具同源性。嗜酸性粒胞趋化因子 2 也具有抑制髓样细胞增殖的能力，
于静止的 T 淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞的轻微趋化作用。
