为什么推荐双波长检测（450nm和630nm）。
ELISA实验终止后形成的是黄色物质，该物质需要在450nm处测定其吸光度，630nm的吸光度只是检测板子本身的吸光度，与酶标板的材质有关，测OD630可以消除各个板孔不干净等非特异性因素引起的误差。如果所使用的酶标仪不可以检测OD630也没有关系，只读取OD450的结果也可以。
数据处理时所用的矫正值，是把所有孔的OD值减去标准曲线0浓度孔的OD值，进一步计算结果。
CV值指的是什么 ？
CV值是统计学中的一个概念，中文是变异系数，可以认为变异系数和极差、标准差和方差一样，都是反映数据离散程度的绝对值。CV值越小，说明数据的波动程度越小。在描述板内、板间实验结果是否一致时常用到CV值，其越小，说明批内及批间差越小，试剂盒质量越好。
