| Comments: | Animals were immunized with BMS2 murine bone marrow stromal cells. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. This line was originally characterized as a murine stromal cell restricted marker. The antigenic specificity has now been identified as the murine integrin beta 1 homolog. Unlike the alpha 4 specific antibody PS/2 (see ATCC CRL-1911 ), KMI6 did not block lymphoid cell adhesion. |
