完全生长培养基 该细胞系的基础培养基是ATCC配制的RPMI-1640培养基，ATCC 30-2001。
为了制备完整的生长培养基，将以下组分添加到基础培养基中：胎牛血清（ATCC 30-2020）至终浓度为10％。
传代培养 可以通过添加新鲜培养基来维持培养物。或者，可以通过离心建立培养物，随后以5×10 5活细胞/ mL 再悬浮。
