抗[E-AB-F0997A]进行封闭：往 100 μL（细胞数1×106）细胞悬液中加入 1 μg 纯抗，室温封闭 15 min，直接加入流式抗体进行后续实验。 巨噬细胞检测应尽量避免使用含花青素的流式抗体（如 PE-Cy7），会增加非特异性染色。若为非巨噬细胞检测，使用含花青素的流式抗体（如 PE-Cy7）时也需要封闭。
