In Vitro: Tulrampator (0.1 μM, 2 days) markedly enhances the amplitude of the glutamate-evoked current and prolongs the response in HEK-293 cells.
Tulrampator (0.1-10 μM, 24 h) shows absence of toxicity on rat primary cortical cells.
In Vivo: Tulrampator (0.3-10 mg/kg, Oral gavage, once a day for 4-5 weeks) has anxiolytic-like and antidepressant-like effects in the CORT Mice Model.
Tulrampator (1-10 mg/kg, Intraperitoneal injection, once a day for 4 weeks) reverts olfactory bulbectomy (OB)-induced hyperactivity and anxiety in bilateral olfactory bulbectomy mice model.
