背景介绍
Endoglin (ENG, CD105) is a homodimeric cell membrane glycoprotein of 180 kDa, composed of disulphide-linked subunits of 95 kDa. Endoglin is a proliferation-associated and hypoxia-inducible protein mainly expressed on vascular endothelial cells. It acts as an accessory receptor for transforming growth factor beta (TFG-β) and is involved in vascular development and remodelling. The important role of Endoglin in angiogenesis and in tumor progression makes it an ideal target for antiangiogenic therapy and a good marker for tumor prognosis. 浓度很高。可见该法操作简便、经济，不过，腹水中常混有小鼠的各种杂蛋白（包括Ig），因此在很多情况下要提纯后才能使用，而且还有污染动物病毒的危险，故而最好用SPF级小鼠。（1）材料：a. 成年BALB/c小鼠。b. 降植烷（Pristane）或液体石蜡。c. 处于对数生长期的杂交瘤细胞。（2）方法：a. 腹腔接种降植烷或液体石蜡，每只小鼠0.3-0.5ml。b. 7-10天后腹腔接种用PBS或无血清培养基稀释的杂交瘤细胞，每只小鼠5×105/0.2ml。c. 间隔5天后，每天观察小鼠腹水产生情况，如腹部
