用途及描述：
两性霉素是由结节链霉菌（Streptomyces nodosus）M4575 产生的一种多烯族抗生素。两性霉素含有 A、B 两种成分，A 成分毒性小，抗真菌作用微弱，不用于临床，B 成分的作用强，称两性霉素 B。两性霉素 B 为多烯类抗真菌抗生素，通过影响细胞膜通透性发挥抑制真菌生长的作用。临床上用于治疗严重的深部真菌引起的内脏或全身感染。该品对多种真菌感染，如对新型隐球菌、白色念珠菌、荚膜组织胞浆菌、皮炎牙生菌、申克氏孢子丝菌、毛霉菌和粗球孢子菌等均有强大的抑制作用或杀灭作用。该品主要用于深部真菌病的药。
