    背景介绍
    IP-10 又称 CXCL10，人 IP-10 前体蛋白由 98 个氨基酸组成，切割
    掉 21 个氨基酸的信号肽后，形成 77 个氨基酸的成熟蛋白。CXCR3 是
    IP-10 和 MIG 共同的受体，高表达于 IL-2 活化的 T 细胞，也表达于嗜酸
    性粒细胞。IP-10 功能与 T 淋巴细胞有着密切联系，CXCL10 具有显著
    的驱使效应 T 细胞分化增殖和聚集的作用。CXCL10 可刺激活化的 T 细
    胞的定向迁移，加强 Thl 反应的进程及介导 Thl 型免疫反应，使初始的
    CD4+T 细胞向 Thl 方向发育，破坏 Th2 细胞功能等。IP-10 可抑制骨髓
    集落形成和血管再生，也可刺激 NK 细胞、T 细胞迁移，调节 T 细胞成
    熟和调节粘附分子表达。
