背景介绍
IL-10 的分子量为 35～40kd，通常为二聚体；主要由 th2 细胞产生，
也可由单核细胞、角质细胞及活化的 b 细胞产生。小鼠，大鼠和人 IL-10
cDNA 序列均含 178 个氨基酸残基，内含 18 个氨基酸残基的信号肽序
列。成熟 IL-10 分子为 160 氨基酸残基，小鼠和人 IL-10 分子中分别含 5
个和 4 个半胱氨酸残基，分子量为 35～40kDa。小鼠和人 IL-10 基因都
定位于第 1 号染色体，其基因组包括５个外显子和４个内含子。小鼠和
人 IL-10 在 DNA 和氨基酸水平上分别有 81％和 73％的同源性。
