Application

Freund′s adjuvant (incomplete) lacks the Mycobacteria found in Complete Freund′s Adjuvant so it minimizes the side-effects. It is used for boost injections. It was used to emulsify antigens that are injected into animals to produce monoclonal antibodies from the antiserum.^[1][2]
