INTRODUCTION
DESCRIPTION
Recombinant Dengue Multiple Epitopes 10 is genetically designed dengue multiple epitopes epi-10 designed especially for lateral flow product, they are selected from dengue genome. The rapid test prepared by this antigen has over 90% sensitivity and specificity of over 90% to show quick and strong signal for both dengue IgM and IgG.

FORMULATION
Phosphate buffered saline/ 25mM K2CO3 and 0.02% sodium nitrate.
STABILITY
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
APPLICATIONS
Lateral flow immunoassay.
