Sal-monella Typhi is a pathogen causing typhoid fever, affecting over 17 million people with approximately 600,000 deaths annually worldwide. If untreated, typhoid fever cases result in mortality rates ranging from 12-30%.

Recombinant Sal-monella Typhi Outer Membrane Protein produced in E.coli contains 315 amino acids, and fused to a 6 His Tag at C-terminus, migrating as a 33kDa band on SDS-PAGE.
