Recombinant Human Syntaxin-11

Syntaxin-11, STX11, FHL4, HLH4, HPLH4.

Syntaxin-11 (STX11) belongs to the t-SNARE family. Syntaxin-11 regulates protein transport between late endosomes and the trans-Golgi network. STX11 interacts with the SNARE proteins SNAP-23 and VAMP. STX11 gene mutations are linked with familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.

STX11 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 311 amino acids (1-287 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 35.8kDa.
STX11 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

STX11 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
