Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ADAM17 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX101358) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
ADAM17 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects ADAM17 protein at cytosol on human breast carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: ADAM17 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX101358) dilution: 1:250.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
