Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NQO1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX100235) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunofluorescence analysis of PFA-fixed HeLa, using NQO1(GTX100235) antibody at 1:200 dilution.
NQO1 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects NQO1 protein at cytoplasm in human rectal carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human rectal carcinoma.
NQO1 antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX100235) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
