GTX114350 diluted at 1:1000
Untreated (–) and treated (+) A549 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cathepsin S antibody (GTX114350) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Cathepsin S antibody detects Cathepsin S protein at lysosome on Cal27 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded Cal27 xenograft.
Cathepsin S antibody (GTX114350) dilution: 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of methanol-fixed HeLa, using Cathepsin S(GTX114350) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.
