Calmodulin antibody detects Calmodulin protein at spinal cord neurons on whole-mount zebrafish embryos by immunohistochemical analysis.

Calmodulin antibody (GTX114300) dilution: 1:200.
Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Calmodulin antibody (GTX114300) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
