Wild-type (WT) and Adenosine kinase knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Adenosine kinase antibody [N1C1] (GTX101372) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Adenosine kinase antibody [N1C1] detects Adenosine kinase protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: Adenosine kinase protein stained by Adenosine kinase antibody [N1C1] (GTX101372) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
