Immunofluorescence analysis of PFA-fixed HeLa, using STAT5A(GTX113351) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Whole cell extract (12.7 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with STAT5A antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX113351) diluted at 1:5000.
