Ficolin（Ficolin-2）是一种存在于人血清中的天然免疫模式识别分子。L-Ficolin与不同的病原体相关分子模式（PAMP）结合，如碳水化合物（GlcNAc）、脂磷壁酸和乙酰基，从而通过凝集素途径促进吞噬和激活补体，使用与甘露糖结合凝集素（MBL）命名为MASP（（MBL）相关的丝氨酸蛋白酶相同的丝氨酸蛋白酶 。
特异性：L-Ficolin (Ficolin-2) is an innate immunity pattern recognition molecule found in human serum. L-Ficolin binds to distinct pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMP), such as carbohydrates (GlcNAc), lipoteichoic acid and acetylated groups thereby facilitating phagocytosis and activation of complement through the lectin route using the same serine proteases as mannose-binding lectin (MBL) named MASP ((MBL)-associated serine protease).
